Eph 4.1 - Your New Vocation

Paul's exhortation and example of a worthy walk in our new job.

1. The Work of the Ministry
   1. Every saint (born again believer) has a new "vocation".
   2. This is the central and key message of Ephesians 4-6.
   3. Our mission (our new vocation) is discipleship: Being and making disciples of Jesus Christ.
   4. God, in Christ, has give us a new vocation: The mission of the work of of the ministry.
2. Your Vocation in the World : The "Walk" of the Minister.
   1. Your "walk" is your lifestyle - it is how you live (your constant way of doing things).
   2. Your "walk" - your lifestyle of ministry - is to be patterned after Paul.
